Refund policy

At BrightSee, we strive to be straightforward with our refund & exchange policy and hope to build trust with our customers.

While we can accept most returns, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, sizing, or incorrect item/s being received due to customer fault. However, if something has gone wrong with your order or their is damage to the item you have 30 days to notify us so we can resolve the issue and provide a return.
