Shipping policy

Welcome to BrightSee's shipping policy section! We partner with Printul and other on-demand providers to fulfill your order.

BrightSee Fulfillment & Shipping - it takes typically 2-5 business days to create your product. After fulfillment, the shipping time depends on the destination. BrightSee partners with global carriers to deliver products.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • USA: 3-4 business days

  • Europe: 3-10 business days

  • Canada: 6-10 business days

  • Australia/New Zealand: 2-14 business days

  • International: 10-20 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on location, holidays, or unforeseen delays such as customs.

Shipping costs are sometimes Free, depending on order volume and destination. Final costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order.

BrightSee uses several major global carriers, including:

USPS (United States Postal Service). FedEx, DPD, DHL, Local postal services (depending on the region)

Once the order is shipped, Printful provides tracking information via email. Tracking may not be available for some international shipments.

 

Customs Fees for International Orders:

  • International shipments may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country.

  • BrightSee is not responsible for customs charges; these are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

BrightSee will work with our distributors to replace orders lost in transit at no extra cost, provided the correct address was supplied by the customer. If an order arrives damaged, BrightSee will work with you to replaces or refunds the item.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

Some carriers we partners with do not support shipping to P.O. boxes. It’s recommended to provide a physical address for deliveries.

 

Shipping Locations:

We can ship products globally, but there may be restrictions or limitations for specific countries.

 

Split Shipments:

If an order contains multiple items, they may ship from different facilities, which could result in receiving separate packages.
